LEADING timber supplier Premier Forest Products has appointed a new branch manager and sales executive at its site in Langley, Berkshire.
Premier Forest Products is a highly successful, diverse and well-respected specialist supplier of timber and panel products within the UK. The branch at Langley is a key distribution hub for the South-East, holding a wide range of stock and able to offer the full gamut of services that Premier is known for, from bulk distribution of commodity panel and timber products, to bespoke machining requirements and even high-spec fire door manufacture.
Alex Bennett (above) has joined the business as branch manager for the Langley site and will oversee the everyday running of the operation, focusing on further development of regional sales as well as enhancing customer service and streamlining logistics to drive overall efficiency for clients. On his appointment, Alex said: “I’m extremely excited to have joined Premier Forest Products and about the prospect of taking the Langley branch forward. Premier has a great reputation as a business, known for having a family feel alongside its ambitious growth plans and diverse portfolio. The team has already been so welcoming and supportive. I can’t wait to see what the future has in store.”
Callum Dorsett (above) has also joined the site, taking the role of sales executive, which will see him supporting customers across the home counties into West London. Callum said: “This is a great opportunity for me. I’m looking forward to working within such a personable company with some great clients and an amazing range of products and services to offer.”
